RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Cold Bru Coffee Co., we take pride in delivering premium cold brew coffee products. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cold-bru.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and make it right.

To be eligible for a return on non-perishable merchandise (if applicable), items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@cold-bru.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Cold brew coffee products and other consumable goods
• Opened food or beverage products
• Custom or personalised items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your product is eligible for return, we will process the return and you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@cold-bru.com.
