Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Cold Bru cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and products received.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@cold-bru.com. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
